Guidelines & Policies

Live Event Tickets

Tickets to all performances are currently restricted to cast families only and will only be released for public sale once our member families have purchased tickets. Cast members will receive an Access ID and Password via email to place their ticket orders online. Tickets must be purchased in advance and no door sales will be permitted for any event.

Masks & Wellness Monitoring

( Updated June 4, 2021 ) As mask and social distancing mandates have been lifted across the state, vaccinated audience members are no longer required to wear masks upon entry. As per the CDC, unvaccinated individuals are still strongly encouraged to wear masks in public settings. Porch Light reserves the right to ask customers to verify vaccination status. Temperature checks and wellness forms are no longer required prior to entry, however, if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have had exposure to anyone with COVID-19 or need to quarantine due to travel, you may not attend our show. Please contact the office to cancel your order.

Seating

( Updated June 2, 2021 ) Seating will remain limited until further notice and tickets may only be purchased in the designated quantities at this time. Members of your party must sit together. While social distancing and capacity limits are no longer required by state mandate, some spacing will remain in effect between groups. Seating will be assigned once your order is placed and you will be directed to your seats upon check-in to the performance. If you have special seating requirements, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Ticket Limits

Tickets will be limited for all productions. Please refer to your ShowTime Updates emails for your production. Most productions will be exclusive to cast families at this time. Any available tickets will be released to the general public only after all families have purchased. Please check out our live streaming options!

House Rules

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the performance but you may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the show (unless otherwise instructed) and wait outside during this time. A tented space is available in the back of the building during warmer months. During intermission, audiences are encouraged to exit the theatre and take advantage of our outdoor space. All audience members must exit the building within 15 minutes of the end of the show to allow for cleaning and disinfecting.

Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable and must be used for the performance purchased . We cannot honor ANY requests to transfer tickets to a different performance. If you need to change your performance, you must purchase additional ticket(s).

Live Streaming

In addition to our live performances, some performances will be simultaneously live-streamed and a pay per view ticketing option will be available. Please see your ShowTime Updates emails or list of upcoming shows for more information.
